1 session free trial - Come in and try a session to see what you think - SIGN UP HERE!!!
3 sessions/week membership - This is the membership that we recommend everyone starts on. Get in the gym, build a solid routine and if you need to upgrade to more than 3 sessions/week, you can do so at any time.
Unlimited sessions/week membership - You know you love CrossFit and you want to jump in feet first. Take full advantage of our 6-day timetable and come along to as many sessions as you want.
Fundamentals PT - Are you new to CrossFit? Let us teach you all of the movements, techniques, and the ideology of CrossFit so you are ready to jump into our normal classes
