  3. Fundamentals PT - Are you new to CrossFit? Let us teach you all of the movements, techniques and the ideology of CrossFit so you are ready to jump into our normal classes

  4. Casual Session Packs - If you have done CrossFit before but aren’t able to commit to membership, maybe our casual session packs are for you?

Sign up for our 4 week “Fundamentals” course where you will learn all of the fundamental movements and knowledge that you need to join our regular classes

  • $200 one off payment

  • 4 x 60 min One-on-one PT sessions where we will cover all of the movements needed to get you ready for the classes

  • These sessions can be booked in for any time that suits the client and the coach

  • Pay upfront for 10 and 20 session packs

  • Perfect for the person unable to commit to a consistent membership but still wants the freedom to be able to train when it suits them

  • 10 sessions upfront = $20 each

  • 20 sessions upfront = $18 each

  • 6 month expiry on all sessions
