Nath is a highly qualified coach and personal trainer with more than 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry. He believes that we live in a society that is constantly becoming more and more sedentary and we as humans have to take action to guarantee that we maintain our health, fitness, vitality and movement. We are all entitled to a long, high quality, healthy life - however, this doesn't come without effort. We need to do something about it every single day. Nath is here to help you improve your life through exercise, nutrition and education and guarantee that your energy, vitality, mindset, strength and fitness are all working at their peak, so you can too.

AMELIA DAWSON

Coach, Member Support

Amelia has always been one for finding ways to improve her health and fitness. But the real journey started over 2 years ago when she stepped foot in CrossFit Zenith for the official open day! She found a true love for CrossFit and the community that came with it. After achieving her own amazing results, wanted to learn more about how to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. She believes every day is a chance for a new opportunity and that we never stop learning and growing.

jackson wisniewski

Coach

Jackson is a Coach and a Personal trainer who gained an interest in health and fitness while growing up playing competitive sports. It was also a great social outlet with friends. He believes that a community of like-minded individuals is half the battle when starting any fitness journey. As Jackson has achieved some amazing results, he’s eager and excited to help others achieve even more. Whether that be general fitness, skill-specific, or just in need of a hype man. Outside of the gym, Jackson loves his footy and enjoys a coffee or 2!

Dana Dell’Oro

Dietitian, CrossFit Kids Coach

Dana is a Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist who found her passion for health after overcoming personal obstacles around her own health. She is a strong believer in fueling your body to feel good, perform better and be better. She believes that health encompasses all aspects of life: mental, physical, social, and psychological. She loves a good conversation (especially around food) and a good coffee.

BEN SCHOFIELD

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Ben is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with nearly 4 years of experience in the field, and an additional 2 years prior experience as a personal trainer. He specializes in injury and pain rehabilitation, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, and diabetes management. Ben's passion for health and fitness extends to his avid involvement in CrossFit, where he understands the unique demands of the sport on the body, and is experienced at helping people perform at their best, no matter their aches and pains. With a strong focus on helping individuals achieve improved physical function and a better quality of life, Ben is dedicated to empowering his clients through personalized exercise prescriptions, education, and support.
