I successfully finished my certificates 2 and 3 in fitness and my CrossFit levels 1 and 2. Also continuing my education with the CrossFit gymnastics course and coaching the ageing athlete.

From a young age, I was drawn to movement, with a background in gymnastics and basketball as a kid. Over the years, I developed a deep empathy and love for helping people, which led me to a career in customer service and administration for over 15 years. This experience taught me how to communicate effectively with all kinds of people, but I eventually grew tired of the standard 9-5 grind and longed for something more aligned with my passion for movement.
The idea of shifting careers while juggling a full-time job seemed overwhelming—how could I balance work, study, and a new career path? I took a hard look at my life and realized that if I didn't take action now, I'd still be in the same place next year and the year after that, working for each weekend.
That's when I discovered CrossFit over 5 years ago. Starting as a member, I saw incredible personal results, which inspired me to turn my passion into a career and help others achieve their own success. It was no easy transition - long days of studying, working, and transitioning from my office job into the fitness world. But it was the BEST and most rewarding decision I ever made.
My purpose for coaching is longevity. I believe that aging doesn’t mean we have to feel "older" or give up the things we love. By incorporating functional movement into our daily routines, we can continue to live life to the fullest for as long as possible, regardless of age.
