This is why we want to get to know you and your goals before getting you started. This way you have a higher chance of success.
First, we'll sit down, find out a bit more about you and your health and fitness goals, why you want to achieve them and when you want to achieve them by. We'll then answer any questions that you may have about CrossFit Zenith, the sessions, the facility and the best membership options for your success. Some common questions might be:
Then we will show you around the gym and show you an example session that we have on the whiteboard on that particular day. After all of this we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend 15- 30 minutes at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
