Nutrition is just as important as your training. Fueling your body with the correct food is paramount to your success. We are here to guide you in the right direction when it comes to making the right nutrition choices.

We know and understand that each client is unique and different and each hold their own goals and challenges. As an accredited Dietitian, Dana’s goal is to assist you in feeling your best through good food and a healthy lifestyle. We work with clients from all different life stages to meet their individualised needs. These needs may include advice in the following areas:

We offer multiple levels of service based on how much guidance you need. The first step is to sit down with our Dietitian for a “No Snack Intro” - this is a no-obligation free consult to discuss where you are currently at with your nutrition, your current goals and timelines, and your best options to achieve your goals healthily and safely. To claim your consults, you will receive your invoice to which you will upload to your private health insurer (BUPA, HCF etc.).
