At CrossFit Zenith, we understand that group sessions may not be for everyone which is why we offer personal training in many forms.

Personal training sessions are tailored towards your goals and booked at times that suit you. Whether you have a specific goal that you would like to achieve or you just prefer training by yourself, personal training can help.

We offer 30, 45 and 60 minutes sessions and sessions can be One-on-One or they can be up to Four-on-One for more of that small group training feel.
